By creating an account, downloading our application, or accessing any part of the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

Bir hesap oluşturarak, uygulamamızı indirerek veya Hizmetin herhangi bir kısmına erişerek, bu Koşulları ve Gizlilik Politikamızı okuduğunuzu, anladığınızı ve bunlara bağlı kalmayı kabul ettiğinizi beyan edersiniz. Bu Koşullar, Hizmete erişen veya Hizmeti kullanan tüm ziyaretçiler, kullanıcılar ve diğer kişiler için geçerlidir.

2. Description of Service / Hizmetin Tanımı

Prevoid LLC provides digital Islamic lifestyle tools, including but not limited to prayer time calculations, Qibla direction finding, and spiritual content via mobile applications and web interfaces. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice.

Prevoid LLC, mobil uygulamalar ve web arayüzleri aracılığıyla namaz vakti hesaplamaları, Kıble yönü bulma ve manevi içerik dahil ancak bunlarla sınırlı olmamak üzere dijital İslami yaşam tarzı araçları sunar. Hizmeti herhangi bir zamanda, bildirimde bulunarak veya bulunmaksızın değiştirme, askıya alma veya sonlandırma hakkını saklı tutarız.

3. User Responsibilities / Kullanıcı Yükümlülükleri

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks.

3. Kullanıcı Yükümlülükleri (Türkçe)

Hizmeti yalnızca yasal amaçlarla ve bu Koşullara uygun olarak kullanmayı kabul edersiniz. Hesap bilgilerinizin gizliliğini korumaktan ve hesabınız altında gerçekleşen tüm faaliyetlerden siz sorumlusunuz. Hizmeti sunucularımıza veya ağlarımıza zarar verecek, devre dışı bırakacak, aşırı yükleyecek veya bozacak herhangi bir şekilde kullanmamayı kabul edersiniz.

4. Prohibited Activities / Yasaklı Faaliyetler

You may not access or use the Service for any purpose other than that for which we make the Service available. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Systematically retrieving data or other content from the Service to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from us.
• Using the Service to advertise or offer to sell goods and services.
• Circumventing, disabling, or otherwise interfering with security-related features of the Service.
• Engaging in unauthorized framing of or linking to the Service.
• Attempting to impersonate another user or person or using the username of another user.

4. Yasaklı Faaliyetler (Türkçe)

Hizmete, Hizmeti kullanıma sunduğumuz amaç dışında herhangi bir amaçla erişemez veya kullanamazsınız. Yasaklı faaliyetler şunları içerir ancak bunlarla sınırlı değildir:

• Bizden yazılı izin almaksızın, doğrudan veya dolaylı olarak bir koleksiyon, derleme, veritabanı veya dizin oluşturmak veya derlemek için Hizmetten sistematik olarak veri veya diğer içerikleri almak.
• Hizmeti mal ve hizmet reklamı yapmak veya satmak için kullanmak.
• Hizmetin güvenlikle ilgili özelliklerini atlatmak, devre dışı bırakmak veya bunlara başka bir şekilde müdahale etmek.
• Hizmeti izinsiz çerçevelemek veya Hizmete bağlantı vermek.
• Başka bir kullanıcıyı veya kişiyi taklit etmeye çalışmak veya başka bir kullanıcının kullanıcı adını kullanmak.

5. Subscriptions / Abonelikler

The Ezan Saati: Namaz & Kıble mobile application offers auto-renewable subscription options that unlock premium features such as an ad-free experience and additional Islamic content.

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period and will identify the cost of the renewal.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

5. Abonelikler (Türkçe)

Ezan Saati: Namaz & Kıble mobil uygulaması, reklamsız kullanım ve ek İslami içerikler gibi premium özellikleri açan otomatik yenilenen abonelik seçenekleri sunar:

• Ödeme, satın alma işlemini onayladığınızda Apple Kimliğiniz üzerinden tahsil edilir.
• Abonelikler, geçerli dönem sona ermeden en az 24 saat önce otomatik yenileme kapatılmadığı sürece otomatik olarak yenilenir.
• Geçerli dönem sona ermeden önceki 24 saat içinde yenileme ücreti hesabınızdan tahsil edilir ve yenilemenin ücreti gösterilir.
• Satın alma işleminden sonra App Store hesap ayarlarınıza giderek aboneliğinizi dilediğiniz zaman yönetebilir veya iptal edebilirsiniz.
• Sunulması halinde, ücretsiz deneme süresinin kullanılmamış kısmı, bir abonelik satın aldığınızda kaybedilebilir.

6. Intellectual Property / Fikri Mülkiyet Hakları

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Prevoid LLC and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the country of origin and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Prevoid LLC.

6. Fikri Mülkiyet Hakları (Türkçe)

Hizmet ve orijinal içeriği, özellikleri ve işlevselliği, Prevoid LLC ve lisans verenlerinin münhasır mülkiyetindedir ve öyle kalacaktır. Hizmet, hem menşe ülkenin hem de yabancı ülkelerin telif hakkı, ticari marka ve diğer yasalarıyla korunmaktadır. Ticari markalarımız ve ticari takdim şeklimiz, Prevoid LLC'nin önceden yazılı izni olmaksızın herhangi bir ürün veya hizmetle bağlantılı olarak kullanılamaz.

7. Termination / Fesih

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

Koşulları ihlal etmeniz dahil ancak bununla sınırlı olmamak üzere, herhangi bir nedenle, önceden bildirimde bulunmaksızın veya sorumluluk üstlenmeksizin hesabınızı derhal feshedebilir veya askıya alabiliriz. Fesih üzerine, Hizmeti kullanma hakkınız derhal sona erecektir.

8. Limitation of Liability / Sorumluluk Sınırlamaları

In no event shall Prevoid LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

8. Sorumluluk Sınırlamaları (Türkçe)

Prevoid LLC, yöneticileri, çalışanları, ortakları, temsilcileri, tedarikçileri veya iştirakleri; (i) Hizmete erişiminiz veya Hizmeti kullanımınız veya erişememeniz veya kullanamamanız; (ii) Hizmetteki herhangi bir üçüncü tarafın herhangi bir davranışı veya içeriği; (iii) Hizmetten elde edilen herhangi bir içerik; ve (iv) iletimlerinize veya içeriğinize yetkisiz erişim, kullanım veya değişiklikten kaynaklanan, kâr, veri, kullanım, iyi niyet veya diğer maddi olmayan kayıplar dahil ancak bunlarla sınırlı olmamak üzere, hiçbir dolaylı, arızi, özel, sonuçsal veya cezai zarardan sorumlu tutulamaz.

9. Changes to the Terms / Koşullarda Değişiklikler

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

9. Koşullarda Değişiklikler (Türkçe)

Tamamen kendi takdirimize bağlı olarak, bu Koşulları herhangi bir zamanda değiştirme veya yenileme hakkını saklı tutarız. Bir revizyon önemliyse, yeni koşulların yürürlüğe girmesinden en az 30 gün önce bildirimde bulunmaya çalışacağız. Neyin önemli bir değişiklik oluşturduğu tamamen bizim takdirimize bağlı olarak belirlenecektir. Bu revizyonlar yürürlüğe girdikten sonra Hizmetimize erişmeye veya kullanmaya devam ederek, revize edilen koşullara bağlı kalmayı kabul edersiniz.

10. Governing Law / Geçerli Hukuk

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

10. Geçerli Hukuk (Türkçe)

Bu Koşullar, kanunlar ihtilafı hükümlerine bakılmaksızın Türkiye yasalarına göre yönetilecek ve yorumlanacaktır. Bu Koşulların herhangi bir hakkını veya hükmünü uygulamamamız, bu haklardan feragat edildiği anlamına gelmez.
